The Castellón-based Paddocs de Azahar rider was the main man on the last day of CSN2*, held from 9-11 November on the Olympic track of the Real Club de Polo de Barcelona. Riding Seabea Sweet D’Or, he bagged first prize, while on the 1.30 m course, he led the way on Codar de Pravia.
Only three of the horse/rider teams competing for the GP reached the jump off. Paco Goyoaga on Full Options Van’t Zand came second, while Imma Roquet was third, after retiring.
Esther Roquet riding Quity del Duero led the way in the 1.20 m trial, followed by Imma Roquet on Poison.
The CSN2*, which saw participation from also 250 horse/rider teams, ended with the 1.10 m trial. Gabriela de Aysa emerged victorious, riding Sara.
The competition began on Friday with the Paco Goyoaga’s triumph in the big tour riding Walouis D’Etoile des Niege, while Xavier Cebriá on Genesis vande Neerheide led the pack in Saturday’s main event.
